Welcome to Dreamchasers. By downloading or using the Dreamchasers app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dreamchasers, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the app. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Dreamchasers is a personal growth application available on iOS. The app provides the following features:

Dreamchasers uses third-party AI services including Anthropic's Claude API and Google's Gemini Image Generation model. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

3. Free Trial and Subscriptions

Dreamchasers offers a 3-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin a trial and you will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, continued access to premium features requires a paid subscription. The available plans are:

All subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's billing terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.

Each account is entitled to one AI vision board generation using your personal photos. Additional image packs may be purchased as one-time in-app purchases. By uploading photos for vision board generation, you represent and warrant that:

Your privacy matters to us. Your personal content including journal entries, goals, and affirmations is stored locally on your device and backed up to your personal iCloud account. We do not store your photos on our servers. Please review our full Privacy Policy for a complete description of how we handle your data.

Dreamchasers uses artificial intelligence to generate images, coaching responses, affirmations, and reports. You acknowledge that:

All content, features, design, code, and functionality of Dreamchasers are the exclusive property of Dreamchasers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any personal content you create within the app, including journal entries, goals, and affirmations you write yourself.

10. Disclaimers

Dreamchasers is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dreamchasers and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or emotional distress. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Dreamchasers at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Upon termination you may delete your data using the Delete My Data feature in the app's Profile settings before your account is closed.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
